Overview
You do not need a big panel to uncover the most serious usability problems; a small, well-matched group finds most of them. We find participants resembling your real audience, give them realistic tasks in your live product and watch without helping. Each issue is ordered by how many people ran into it and how badly it stopped them, and comes with a video clip. A short clip ends a debate over a confusing screen much more quickly than opinions ever do.
What you receive
- Five participants recruited and booked to match your target user profile
- Facilitated 45-minute task sessions with screen and voice recorded
- Video clips illustrating every significant issue we observed
- Issues ordered by how severe they were and how often they occurred
- Concrete fixes for each issue, going beyond simply describing problems
- Task-level completion and success rates for every scenario tested
- A wrap-up session for your product and design owners

Questions
Five sessions consistently reveal the biggest usability problems. Adding more people gives diminishing returns until those first issues are fixed, after which another round is worthwhile.
Yes, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and Bengali. If you name the language when ordering, we will line up matching participants and a facilitator.
Yes, we can run the sessions side by side as a comparison. This adds roughly two working days to the timeline and is quoted separately when you ask.
