Terms of Service
These terms set out how you and Cartzuno work together whenever you browse this site or purchase a service here. We ask that you go through them before checkout.
Last updated 28 September 2026
01What these terms cover
You and Cartzuno are bound by these terms for use of this website and for each service purchased on it. Browsing the site, registering an account or making a payment for a service each count as accepting them. They are an electronic record for the purposes of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Placing an order confirms that you are aged 18 or over and have authority to act on behalf of the business the order is for.
A separate written contract or master services agreement signed by both sides, or a purchase order bearing our countersignature, overrides these terms wherever the two are inconsistent. Matters it leaves unaddressed continue to fall under these terms.
02The party you contract with
You are contracting with CARTZUNO INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered office at Plot No 71, Jubilee Enclave, LVS Arcade, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500081, GSTIN 36AANCC1933E1ZS, which trades under the name Cartzuno.
We carry out the work ourselves as the service provider; we are not a marketplace or a go-between. If a specialist handles part of a service, the whole of the work remains our responsibility towards you.
03How a service is defined
A service is a single piece of technology work with a fixed scope and a fixed fee. Before you buy, its page shows the deliverables, the timeline, the inputs required from you and the price.
- Scope is the set of deliverables shown on the service page on the day you paid. Anything missing from that set falls outside the service.
- Deliverables are what we hand to you, such as design files, source code, dashboards, pipelines, test suites, infrastructure definitions and documentation.
- Kickoff happens once we have received your payment, a completed project brief and whatever access the service page requests.
- Handover happens once all deliverables, along with written handover notes, have reached you.
- Working day means any day from Monday to Saturday other than a public holiday observed where our registered office is located.
We sell no physical products, so nothing is shipped or couriered. Buying several units of one service multiplies the scope instead of widening it; two units of an integration covering five endpoints, for instance, give you ten endpoints rather than a single bigger integration.
A service purchase does not buy you a bank of hours, a dedicated team or a retainer. There are no automatic renewals and no notice period.
04Accounts and ordering
Checkout works with or without an account. Account holders must keep their password safe and are answerable for what happens under their login. Please let us know quickly if you think someone has accessed it without permission. Where we have reasonable grounds to think an account is being misused, we may suspend it and will explain our reasons.
Putting a service in your selection does not create an order. The order is placed once checkout is complete, and we accept it only once the payment gateway has confirmed the payment and we have sent you an order confirmation. Before that point, there is no contract for the work.
We may turn down an order and give a full refund if:
- the service would not suit your requirements, and we prefer to say so rather than accept your money;
- the information provided is incomplete, wrong or obviously test data;
- doing the work would break the law, a platform’s policy or someone else’s rights;
- an error in a listing or in pricing comes to light before kickoff;
- we are unable to assign people to the service within its stated timeline.
05Pricing, GST and payment
- Every price is in Indian Rupees and already includes GST. You pay exactly what checkout displays, with no later additions.
- We raise a tax invoice, with the GST amount shown, and our GSTIN 36AANCC1933E1ZS based on the billing details you enter. For input tax credit purposes, enter the GSTIN, address and registered name of your business there.
- You pay by UPI via a payment gateway. Your card numbers, UPI PIN and bank login are never passed to our servers.
- Work starts only after the gateway has confirmed your payment. Should your account be debited while the order still appears unpaid 48 hours later, email us your UPI reference along with the order number so we can match them up.
- Our published prices can change without notice. What you paid at the time of purchase is the price of that service.
- Any discount displayed is taken off our own published price.
- Except where the service page states otherwise, outside running costs are excluded: cloud consumption, domain and certificate charges, paid API quotas, SaaS plans and app-store fees are invoiced to you directly by the relevant provider.
- If a purchase order must be raised in your organisation before you can pay, get in touch with the order details beforehand. Checkout from the catalogue is always paid in advance.
06Start, handover and acceptance
The timeline on each service page is given in working days. It runs only after we have every one of the following: a confirmed payment, your completed brief, and any access specified on the service page.
- All delivery takes place remotely. Where relevant, work goes straight into your cloud accounts and repositories, and handover material is emailed to you and shown against the order on your dashboard.
- The handover notes describe what we built, the main decisions taken, instructions for running it, and any known limitations.
- If a date looks likely to slip, you will hear from us ahead of it, with an explanation and a new date.
Acceptance. Following handover, a window of 7 working days is open for you to notify us in writing of anything in scope that is absent or materially incorrect, and we will put it right. The service counts as accepted if that period passes without any such notice, or once you use the work in production. Acceptance does not cut short any revision window, nor the defect remedy under clause 14.
For a fuller description of the process, see our Delivery & Handover Policy.
07Revisions and scope changes
If a service page includes a round of revisions, you can use it within the period that page specifies. Revisions are corrections and adjustments that bring the delivered work into line with the agreed scope. Kindly gather all revision points into a single list.
Revisions are not a way to rewrite the brief afterwards. We treat each of the following as new work:
- deliverables that the published scope did not include;
- moving to a new platform, framework, design language or overall direction once work is under way;
- needs that already existed when you briefed us but were not passed on;
- rework made necessary by alterations your side makes to any third-party system.
Every change request receives its own written quote, showing the fee and how the timeline is affected. We neither begin extra work nor charge for it until you have given written approval of that quote.
If, partway through, we decide the scope you purchased cannot achieve what it is meant to, we will pause and explain. You can then move to another service or claim a refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
08Your responsibilities
Hitting a timeline needs effort from both of us. On your side, you will:
- give correct business and billing information, along with an email inbox that someone checks;
- fill in the project brief and supply the access, repositories, environments, cloud accounts, sample data and design files that the service page names;
- grant only the lowest permission level the task requires, via single sign-on on your side where available, and withdraw that access after handover;
- appoint a single contact who can answer our questions and sign off decisions, and make sure they remain reachable throughout the service;
- reply to our questions and review requests within 7 working days;
- ensure that all code, content, designs, brand assets and data you give us are accurate and that you have the right to share them;
- rely on synthetic, masked or anonymised data wherever that will do, and share live personal data only where the service genuinely needs it, and only once a data processing agreement has been signed;
- maintain your own backups, and check and test everything before it goes into production.
Any time spent waiting for you pauses the timeline, and the delivery date shifts by that same amount without extra cost. Clause 16 comes into play if 30 days pass after our request with no response.
09Ownership of work
Put simply, anything we make specifically for you becomes yours, while the general-purpose tools we arrive with stay ours.
- Your material. You keep ownership of the brand assets, trade marks, designs, data, content and code you supply. We are granted only the licence the work requires, and it lapses at handover.
- The work product. When the full fee has been received, every right, title and interest attached to the deliverables made for you specifically under that service — documentation, design files, test suites, source code, pipeline configuration and infrastructure definitions among them — passes to you, in perpetuity and throughout the world.
- Until full payment, we retain ownership of the deliverables and you may use them for evaluation purposes only. Putting unpaid work into production breaches these terms.
- Our pre-existing material. Whatever we already owned before the service, or build for general use — templates, checklists, internal libraries, methods, scaffolding, reference architectures and know-how — stays with us. We remain free to apply the broader experience and skills we gain while working with you.
- If a deliverable contains our material, you get a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to host, use, sublicense and modify it within that deliverable, which extends to passing it to a business that succeeds you or to a future supplier. Pulling it out to sell on its own is not allowed.
- Third-party and open-source components continue to be governed by their own licences. Our preference is for permissively licensed dependencies; the handover notes list them together with their licences, and we will check with you before adopting any copyleft component.
- Publicity. Without your written consent, we will not identify you as a client, display your logo or talk about your systems.
This website’s design, text, code and catalogue structure are our property, and copying or republishing them requires our permission.
10Keeping information confidential
Both sides owe each other confidentiality, starting with the very first conversation.
- Confidential information covers anything shared by either side that carries a confidential marking or that any sensible person would regard as confidential — for instance credentials, customer lists, architecture, source code, security findings, roadmaps, commercial terms and work not yet released.
- Each side will use such information solely to carry out the service, disclose it only to people requiring it for that reason, and guard it with no less care than it gives its own confidential material.
- None of this covers information that became public without any breach, that the recipient already held lawfully, that was developed independently, or that the law or a court requires to be disclosed. In the case of a legal requirement, the side making the disclosure will warn the other beforehand where it is allowed to.
- These duties last for 3 years once the service has ended, and with no time limit for trade secrets, security findings and source code.
- Results of a penetration test or security audit go to you alone and are never published, sold or passed to anyone else unless you agree in writing.
- Should you want a non-disclosure agreement signed before you share a brief, just let us know.
Any access to your systems ought to expire and be withdrawn at handover. Please keep credentials out of chat and email; share them through your own identity provider or a secrets manager instead.
11Handling personal data
Our treatment of personal data relating to you — your brief, order, billing and account information — is set out in our Privacy Policy, which was prepared with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
If a service involves us processing personal data of your users, the Data Fiduciary role stays with you and we follow the instructions you have documented. Before such work begins, we sign a data processing agreement with you dealing with security measures, purpose limitation, breach notification, sub-processing and deletion once the service ends.
12Outside providers and licences
- You hold the contracts, in your own name, for domain registrars, CI services, registries, app stores, APIs, SaaS tools and cloud platforms, and you pay them directly, so there is nothing to migrate if our work together ends.
- We cannot control how those providers manage availability, pricing, limits, policies or account decisions. Price rises, breaking changes, suspensions or outages they impose are not our liability, though we will point out any risks we can anticipate.
- If the work relies on a paid quota, plan or licence, the service page states this. Buying it is your choice and at your expense, unless we have agreed differently in writing.
- Licence terms from third parties — open-source projects, stock assets, fonts, commercial libraries and AI model providers — apply to you just as they apply to us. The handover notes list them.
13Permitted use
We refuse to build, host, run or give advice on anything designed to:
- breach the law of India, or of wherever the system is used;
- operate lotteries or gambling without a licence, or deal in counterfeit products, weapons or narcotics;
- produce or spread ransomware, botnets, credential harvesters or malware;
- scrape or spam contrary to the terms of another platform, or send bulk messages nobody asked for;
- monitor, profile or surveil identifiable individuals without their knowledge and a lawful basis;
- host content exploiting children, or that is unlawful in any other way;
- make false or misleading claims about finance, health or investments;
- violate the publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights of anyone.
You further agree that you will not tamper with, reverse engineer, overload or probe this website, scrape its catalogue, or place fraudulent orders through it.
If we discover our work is being put to any of these uses, we will halt at once and make a report wherever the law obliges us to. In those circumstances, work already carried out is not refundable.
14Our warranties and their limits
What we promise.
- People with experience in the technology concerned will carry out the work exercising reasonable care and skill.
- When handed over, the deliverables will conform in all material respects to the scope shown on the service page.
- We are entitled to grant the rights set out in clause 9 and, so far as we know, the work product infringes no third party’s intellectual property.
Defect remedy. Should you report, no later than 15 days after handover, a material defect caused by our work (rather than by something changed at your end), we will fix it free of charge. That fix — or, where a fix is not possible, a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy — is the main remedy available to you.
What we do not promise.
- That software of any kind will be completely defect-free.
- That the work will keep behaving identically as third-party APIs, cloud services, browsers, runtimes and operating systems evolve.
- Any particular commercial or operational result, for example funding, search ranking, revenue, latency, conversion, uptime or reduced costs.
- That every vulnerability will be uncovered by an audit, test or security review. An assessment records what turned up inside the agreed time and scope, and does not certify that anything is secure.
- Uninterrupted availability of the dashboard or this website.
As far as the law allows, every other warranty, condition or term that common law or statute would otherwise imply is excluded.
15Caps on liability
- However it arises, our combined liability in relation to a service will not exceed the sum you actually paid for it.
- Neither side bears liability for consequential or indirect losses, such as lost goodwill, data, revenue or profit, interruption to business, wasted management time or savings that were expected.
- Losses caused by you not keeping backups, not testing before release, not patching dependencies after handover, or ignoring a risk we raised in writing are not our liability.
- Claims must be made no later than 12 months after the date the relevant service was handed over.
These terms do not restrict any liability that applicable law does not allow to be restricted, such as liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud. They leave your statutory consumer rights untouched.
16Pausing or ending work
You are free to stop buying from us whenever you like. No minimum term, auto-renewal or notice period applies.
We may pause or bring a service to an end if:
- a payment does not go through, is reversed or is subject to a chargeback;
- 30 days have passed since we asked for information, approvals or access and they still have not arrived;
- there has been a breach of clause 13;
- carrying on would cause us to break a professional duty or the law;
- either side becomes insolvent or stops trading.
If the work ends, fees already earned for completed work are still due, and any undelivered work you have paid for is refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Work in progress that has been paid for is handed to you as it stands, with documentation up to that point, and we give up the access we had to your systems. Clauses 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 18 continue to apply after termination.
17Events beyond control
Neither side will be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances it cannot reasonably control, for example natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemics, war, civil disorder, action by government, a breakdown of national power or telecoms networks, a large-scale internet or cloud outage, or strikes and other industrial action (except those involving the affected side’s own employees).
Any obligations affected are put on hold while the event lasts, and we will quickly let you know what has occurred and what it means for your timeline. Should the event last longer than 30 days in a row, either side may terminate the affected service by written notice, with a refund from us of the fee for whatever has not been delivered.
18Applicable law and disputes
The laws of India govern these terms, as well as every dispute arising out of them.
Please try our grievance redressal process before starting formal proceedings. If the issue remains unresolved, both sides will make a genuine effort to reach a settlement within 30 days after a written dispute notice is served.
If that fails, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts covering the location of our registered office (as given in clause 2). None of these terms takes away your right to bring a matter before a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
19Other terms and updates
- Notices. Any notice given under these terms has to be written and sent by email to info@cartzuno.net, or posted to our registered address.
- Assignment. Transferring this agreement requires our written consent, which we will not refuse without good reason. We are free to transfer it to whoever takes over our business, with no impact on your rights.
- Subcontracting. If a specialist handles part of a service, we answer for what they do exactly as though we had done it ourselves.
- No partnership. These terms do not set up any employment, agency, joint venture or partnership between us.
- Non-solicitation. While a service runs and for 6 months after it ends, neither side will try to recruit members of the other’s team who worked on it. Replying to a job advert that was publicly posted does not count as solicitation.
- Severability. Should any clause be found unenforceable, it is cut back only to the extent required, and every other clause stays effective.
- No waiver. Choosing not to enforce a right once does not mean giving it up.
- Entire agreement. The whole agreement consists of these terms, the service page you purchased from, along with any document both sides have signed. Nothing said verbally is included unless it has been confirmed in writing.
- Language. If translations differ, the English text of these terms takes precedence.
- Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. Each order is governed by the version live at the moment it was placed, and the current one is identified by the date shown at the head of this page. Significant changes are flagged on this page.
