Overview
If your site says twelve in stock and the back office says two, a customer ends up let down. The hard part is not moving data but deciding, before anything is built, which system wins a disagreement and how each behaves if the other goes offline. Our sync service queues changes safely so an outage never loses them, set out the field mapping in plain spreadsheet form for operations staff, and log every record that moves. You always know what changed, where it went and when it happened.
What you receive
- A sync link running one-way or both ways between ERP and web app
- Field-by-field mapping written in a spreadsheet your operations staff understand
- Conflict rules for each entity, agreed with you and enforced in code
- Queued writes and automatic retries so downtime at either end loses nothing
- Change log showing each record moved, which way, when, and whether it succeeded
- Alerts for failed syncs and for records stuck waiting to retry
- A scheduled comparison report that checks both systems against each other
How it runs
-
Step - 01
Mapping
Together we list entities and fields and decide which system owns each one.
-
Step - 02
Rules
We document conflict handling, sync timing and behaviour when either side is down.
-
Step - 03
Shadow run
The service is built and runs silently beside live data to prove accuracy.
-
Step - 04
Switch on
Sync is enabled one entity at a time, beginning with the safest.
Timeline: 25 working days, counted from the day we receive what we need from you.
Is it a fit?
A good match for
- Stores where online stock levels drift away from the warehouse count
- Teams keying each order into two different systems by hand
- Accountants reconciling back-office records with online sales by eye
What we need from you
- Access to your ERP through its API or database, plus any test copy
- A person familiar enough with the ERP fields to answer our questions
- A decision on which system is the source of truth for each record type
Why it helps
- Every field has a single owner, so disagreements resolve the same way
- Downtime slows updates rather than wiping out changes
- An audit trail that answers any question about what changed
Questions
The common accounting and ERP packages used by Indian businesses are covered, and anything else can be linked when it exposes an API; tell us yours before ordering and we will confirm.
Usually, through scheduled file exports or a read-only database view. That route runs slower than an API, and we explain the trade-offs to you before you commit.
Orders typically move close to real time, while master data such as products runs on a schedule. We fix the frequency for each entity during mapping.
