Most hacked websites are breached through a plugin that had a security fix available for months. Each month we try out updates to the core, themes and plugins of your open-source site platform in a staging copy before touching production, compare key pages visually to catch layout shifts, and only then apply the changes to your live site. Backups are stored off-site every day, and we prove a restore works once a month. If malware does get in, the cleanup costs nothing extra under the plan.

Minor text or image edits can usually be absorbed. New pages and design work are quoted separately, which keeps the monthly plan predictable for both sides.
Yes. Any existing infection is cleaned up as part of onboarding without an additional fee, and we then set up monitoring to reduce the chance of a repeat.
No. We can manage the hosting you already have or advise you on a move. Since we sell no hosting of our own, any recommendation we make stays independent.
