Overview
A new premium phone hides problems that appear quickly on an older budget handset carrying only 3GB of RAM on a weak signal, and plenty of your users in India carry exactly that kind of phone. We test by hand on 15 physical devices picked using your own analytics, testing on poor connections and through real interruptions: a call arriving during payment, the app sitting in the background for an hour or a permission being denied. Each bug reaches your tracker with a screen recording and steps to reproduce it.

Is it a fit?
A good match for
- Apps that have only been tried on the team's newer phones
- Consumer launches meant for buyers all over India
- Crash reports your team has not yet been able to reproduce
What we need from you
- Test builds for both mobile platforms, shared through your usual beta channels
- Login accounts and sample data that unlock every part of the app
- Access to the bug tracker your team already uses
Why it helps
- Problems show up on the phones your customers actually carry
- Vague crash reports become reproducible bugs with video evidence
- Release decisions supported by testing on real hardware
Questions
Not in this service. We use physical phones, because emulators fail to mimic the low-memory strain and patchy connectivity behind most of the defects this testing is meant to find.
We base the selection on your own analytics and usually end up with a mix of popular budget and mid-range models, along with a few older and newer premium handsets, depending on your audience.
Yes. We include one round of retesting on the devices where bugs were found, provided it takes place within 30 days of our report being delivered to your team.
