Overview
Hand-built infrastructure is hard to review, hard to recreate and risky to change. We capture your cloud environment as code: production kept in its own account away from test environments, a network design where private subnets stay private, access roles given to workloads, not named people, and shared state kept remotely in object storage, locked against clashing edits. Modules are built for reuse, and every change goes through a plan-and-apply process driven by a reviewed pull request.
What you receive
- Reusable code modules for networking, subnets, firewall rules, permissions and shared core services
- Account layout that isolates production from staging
- Shared state file stored remotely, versioned and protected against concurrent edits
- Pull requests show a plan, and merges apply the change
- Existing resources imported into managed state wherever feasible
- Documented standards for naming, tags and environments
- Runbook for initial setup, drift checks and disaster recovery
How it runs
-
Step - 01
Discover
We catalogue current resources and find out how each one was originally made.
-
Step - 02
Design
We agree the account layout, network structure and module boundaries together.
-
Step - 03
Implement
Modules are written, resources imported and changes applied environment by environment.
-
Step - 04
Handover
Your engineers pair with us and receive written runbooks.
Timeline: 25 working days, counted from the day we receive what we need from you.
Is it a fit?
A good match for
- Businesses whose setup lives only in one engineer's memory
- Teams expecting auditors to ask how infrastructure changes are approved
- Young companies planning another region or environment soon
What we need from you
- Administrator rights across each cloud account covered
- A scheduled downtime slot for migrating shared network pieces
- An engineer available for handover sessions
Why it helps
- Nothing reaches production until someone has reviewed it
- Environments can be recreated from code instead of fixed manually
- New hires understand the environment by reading code instead of asking colleagues
Questions
Importing existing resources causes no downtime. Where a replacement is unavoidable, it is booked into an agreed maintenance window and keep a way to roll back.
No. You receive plain infrastructure code in your own repository, based on widely used community patterns and shaped to fit your setup.
Most can. We import existing resources wherever feasible, and anything that cannot be imported cleanly is listed for you with a suggested approach.
